You want to add value to your casino’s offering to Players.

How can we use technology to improve our casino experience? How can we increase visits, grow spend, solidify loyalty? Can we hope to make them love us? And that’s a good start. But it’s not maximizing what’s possible. Not magical yet...

Broadcasting messages and offers to everyone is not efficient.

The problem with the (above example) app messages is they will be broadcast as whole-group messages to all app users. Exactly like a traditional advertising message. If you buy the paper, or if you have the app, you will receive the message/offer. Nothing wrong with advertising, but it’s not very targeted. What you really want is way to send segmented direct offers to players based on the actual value of that player, for a good price. Like a few pennies per message. That’s the highest goal. That would be magical, or what the geeks would call a “killer app.” Targeted, measurable, immediate, intrusive but in a welcome/permissible way for users, and for a low, low cost.
