CHAD GERMANN TO PRESENT AT NIGA SEMINAR SERIES {update}
Tuesday, 07 April 2009 10:30

chad_updatePHOENIX, AZ // This past week Red Circle president and CEO Chad German, along with Senior Marketing Strategist Tara Ezzell, presented at 2009’s NIGA event. Over the course of an hour workshop, "Casino Marketing Tactics for a New Economy" Chad detailed seven new or often overlooked ideas that, when implemented, result in a positive impact on a casino’s bottom line. This presentation was of particular importance this year as consumer’s discretionary spending continues to be conservative.

Attendance at the show itself was lighter than in years past, but a greater percentage of those walking the floor were decision makers; people intent on networking and information gathering. Understandably the economy, and its effects on our industry, was decidedly prevalent in both conversation and workshops throughout the week, but attitudes were largely positive. Chad noted, "NIGA is about getting away from the day to day and talking about new ideas. It’s a great place to find resources and make contacts that allow us to go back to our businesses with a renewed sense of purpose, and the energy to try new things. That’s vital to our industry."

front_bbPHOENIX, AZ // During this year’s NBA All-Star weekend, Red Circle Principal Chad Germann was honored to attend as guest coach alongside Phoenix Suns Forward Amar’e Stoudemire. The two worked with attending Native American youth on basketball fundamentals and other technical aspects of the game.

“It was an amazing experience,” Germann said, “to really work with these kids, and help them understand what a positive impact they can each have in their communities.”

This year’s basketball camp was the result of a partnership between the NBA, Nike, and local Native American tribes.
